The faculty, staff and administration of 黄色直播 at Ashtabula offers its sincerest condolences on the death of Rand Hilal Al Dulaimi. Al Dulaimi was a student on the Ashtabula campus during the Spring 2018 semester and was enrolled on the Kent campus for fall classes. The Ashtabula County Coroner's office has not ruled on a cause or manner of death, while the Ashtabula County Sherriff is investigating the case.
