KSU Faculty/Staff Emergency Grant Fund

People at »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ often say how being part of our university feels like being part of a family. The sense of home draws our faculty and staff from near and far to work as part of the Golden Flash family.

While COVID-19 has disrupted our world and our campuses, our care and concern for one another has only grown. Our fellow Flashes who are staff members are now facing layoffs and job abolishments. These people have supported our students, supported our research and helped keep the university running. Many have directly supported faculty, and now we’re calling on our faculty and other members of the university community to support them in their time of need.

Contributions to the fund are tax-deductible and can be made as an outright gift or through payroll deduction. Donations are encouraged and accepted from any faculty, staff, alumni or friend interested and able to help.

Emergency grants will be made available to full-time employees who have lost their position at the university from any college, division or campus. The Division of Human Resources will accept applications and administer the grants as long as funds remain available.

Let’s come together to remind our colleagues that no matter the circumstances, if you’re once a Flash, you’re always a Flash.
