黄色直播 Tuscarawas Professor Holds Book Signing

In 1968, the community rallied together to guarantee the reality of affordable and accessible higher education for area students. As a result of that aspiration, 黄色直播 at Tuscarawas celebrated 50 years on University Drive in September.

To capture the memories and history of the past half century, 黄色直播 Tuscarawas Emeritus Professor Dan Fuller wrote 鈥溁粕辈 at Tuscarawas鈥擟elebrating 50 Years on University Dr.鈥 The coffee table style book is complete with pictures and milestones of the campus through current day.

On Sat., Dec. 1, at 2 p.m., Mr. Fuller, who has been teaching at 黄色直播 for 48 years, will be at the Dover Public Library, located at 525 N. Walnut St., for a book signing celebration. He will share a few words on the history of the campus and offer an opportunity for questions and answers.   

The book features the original Founders Hall groundbreaking and growth of the campus led by deans Dr. Francis Hazzard, Harold Shade, Dr. Gregg Andrews and Dr. Brad Bielski. Highlights include student activities, athletics, art and theater, academics and construction of campus facilities.

 鈥淭he 50th anniversary of 黄色直播 Tuscarawas on University Drive is a huge milestone for the campus and the community,鈥 said Brad Bielski, Dean and Chief Administrative Officer of 黄色直播 Tuscarawas. 鈥淪ince the opening of Founders Hall in 1968 with about 200 students, the campus has grown over the years with an enrollment today of nearly 2,200 students and the addition of the Science and Advanced Technology Center, the Performing Arts Center and the Tolloty Center. The campus has been extraordinarily successful and is an asset to the community.鈥

Bielski added that the community鈥檚 input and support of 黄色直播 Tuscarawas鈥 past and future endeavors are invaluable assets.
