Getting My Mind Right
“Obesity is all over the news these days.  It seems like every week there’s a new study issued, modified dietary guidelines are put forth and more dire statistics are released. As I write this, a new report indicates that half of Americans may be obese by 2030. How can you blame people for getting obesity fatigue?â€

Live Music Feeds the Soul
“Recently, while visiting my dad at Menorah Park, a rehabilitation facility in Beachwood, he and I were treated to a performance by the Hillcrest Concert Band. As we sat and listened to the 50-some volunteer musicians, I was so thankful and appreciative and amazed at the talents these people shared with the residents.  I was so moved that I shed a few tears.â€
