The Importance of Values-Based Leadership

We all have personal values that influence the way we lead. Similarly, those that we are working with have values that influence the way that they respond to our leadership style. We will walk participants through a series of activities that will highlight their personal values, and discuss ways they can identify the individual and collective values of a team.
