Electric scooters have become increasingly popular on the Kent Campus since the introduction of SPIN scooters in March 2022. Approximately 300 eScooters and 150 eBikes are available to rent. With that in mind, the »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥ Community should be aware of the dos and don’ts when operating the scooters.

Faculty researchers from »ÆÉ«Ö±²¥â€™s College of Nursing recently received nearly $4 million in grant funding from the Health Resources and Services Administration to develop an LPN-to-BSN pathway called the LPN Education Advancement Program (LEAP). The program will provide licensed practical nurses at University Hospitals the opportunity to increase their skill set by removing barriers that may have prevented them from furthering their education.
